Contains 'Curated from literature' Version 2 dataset as a zipped multifasta file.

This file contains more than 900 unique, known mammalian ncRNAs. Including homologs, splice variants and precursor forms, there are more than 2000 individual sequences listed. snoRNAs present in the Version 1 dataset have been removed and are now available as a separate dataset. Whilst some of the ncNRAs have documented or suggested biological roles ("other functional transcripts") most are transcripts of unknown function. This file contains sequences only, to obtain the annotational detail you will need to download from the 'XML Downloads' section.
